This is a very interesting question. I really haven't done anything involving setting up LVM on a ProfitBricks VM running CentOS 7 yet.
However, there is a tutorial with some information about how you can increase the size of the root partition. It may be helpful if that is what you need to accomplish.

As far as I know, there are not any options involving LVM available through the DCD.
You've piqued my curiosity though, this is something I plan to look into further.

That tutorial increase the root partition but it supposes a boot partition aside of the root one. Profitbricks'images do not have right partitioning system. It is better to make custom image and upload it.
