Determining Image Architecture

I'm currently writing JClouds provider for ProfitBricks and I need verification on whether all images on ProfitBricks are 64-bit by default.

Names of CDROM-type images contains x86_64|amd64 (i.e.: ubuntu-14.04.1-server-amd64.iso) but not on HDD-types (i.e.: Ubuntu-14.04-LTS-server-2015-01-01). On my experience so far, a storage provisioned based from an Ubuntu HDD image shows x86_64 using uname -m.

With that said, is it safe to assume that all images without x86_64|amd64 in it's name are also 64-bit versions?

All HDD images available under the "ProfitBricks Images" section, are the 64-bit version.
